Cozy, comfortable, a great spot to stay in Kos.
The location is fantastic, very close to the beach, there are nice bars and restaurant around. The apartment is fully furnished and renewed. It has everything you need.
The only missing thing was the coffee machine or coffee pot.

Everything! Top location, top apartment with all needed and wished. Highly recommended!
Actually we liked everything! Just one suggestion for the kitchenware - add one little pot (all are big at the moment) and one cutting board. But as already said: the Philippos apartment is TOP!!!
