When it comes to dining alfresco, the poolside patio offers two outdoor dining areas (one of them includes a smart TV to keep you entertained even when you are outside). A poolside lounge area with two fire tables is also provided and is quite convenient, especially after spending your evening in the pool. And if you are visiting during the summer months, there is nothing like a fun barbecue with your family and friends with the gas grill available outside. Upon entering this air-conditioned home, you will find a welcoming open floor plan with incredible views of the pool. Spread out comfortably in the main living area, offering an extensive sofa and armchairs and a large smart TV with streaming services. Right next to the living area is the dining table, which comes in handy for formal meals. The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a center island to cook and enjoy time with family and friends. A second living area can be found off the kitchen, with cushy sofas, a Murphy bed, and another smart TV. As you might've noticed, relaxation and comfort can be found anywhere! Things to Know Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
