This property is located in a very decent and no-noise, no-non-sense, no-nuisance area and also in a pleasant residential zone. The entire property is maintained very good. The Reception, room boys are very polite and have courtesy towards the guests. Super space and superior Furniture. I will opt for Tirumala Homestay only even for my future visits to Tirumala - Tirupathi or it surrounding places

Arrange Breakfast, coffee/tea as complimentary or on chargeable basis in the property itself instead to carry out such task under Room Service. This may be a bit difficult because of the package and pilgrims stay time, if any. Ofcourse, during my stay, the Management told that they are seriously looking into on this and ensure the comfort of Guests in a very near future.

No complementary breakfast. Restaurants are nearby there is no problem for good food

Net speed is very slow and buffering frequently. Not able to see movies or News continuously needs improvement.

It was really clean and felt safe

Its a bit off the road and hence had to travel half km to reach main road
