Welcome to The Clubhouse. Our fully renovated Indoor-outdoor vacation home brings a new level of luxury to Lake Havasu City. Nearly 3000 square feet and room for 12 guests, The Clubhouse looks like a 5-star resort, and feels like a home crafted with love. Relax in our yard with a swimming pool, hot tub & fire pit. Cook together in the gourmet kitchen. Enjoy mountain views and watch golfers as our home sits on the second green. WELCOME GUIDEBOOK You will receive a digital welcome guidebook that contains all the house information you will need. We also include recommendations for food, drinks and activities. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. PARKING Our driveway can comfortably fit up to 4 cars. Boat parking on street or driveway. Do not park in front of neighbors' homes or on their driveway. CONCIERGE SERVICES To make your stay even better, we provide concierge services including the following for a fee. Grocery delivery Private chef meals At-home massages Set-ups for birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations Event planning SWIMMING POOL Children must be monitored in and near our pool at all times. And young children must wear swim diapers. No diving is allowed, and please don’t touch the pool equipment. You are welcome to heat the swimming pool for an additional $100 per night(Oct-April). Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so. QUIET HOURS Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors. SMOKING To keep The Clubhouse fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside the house. If smoke is detected, a $600 fee will be applied to your reservation. You can, however, smoke in our uncovered backyard space. CAMERAS- For your safety and ours, there are exterior cameras on the driveway, entryway, doorbell, west corner facing the street and rear west corner facing backyard and golf course.
