These are installed in Early June until the end of October Other things to note -There is no Grill at this unit -Neighbors are close by next to and behind this unit, please be mindful of the noise when outside -The driveway has an easement with the unit behind it, so please do no park cars that can block access to the home behind that shares this driveway area. -The roadway next to the building is Maine State Route 102 that has traffic passing through at all hours. There is a possibility of noise from traffic to be heard in the unit, but should not make noise in the bedroom.
