Blackheath village is a hub of boutique shops, vibrant cafes and bakeries, and a selection of art galleries, with regular weekend markets, live music and family events. The village centre is an easy 15 minute walk or short drive from the cottage. The Campbell Rhododendron gardens are charming at any time of year and also just a short walk away. For children, Blackheath has 3 parks with a variety of play areas within a short drive or walk from the cottage. Access to the Blue Mountains national park couldn’t be easier, with the start of the picturesque Pope’s Glen hike just 5 minutes’ walk from your doorstep. The rest of Blackheath’s stunning lookouts and hiking trails are a maximum of 10 minutes drive away.
