However, it has a separate entrance, driveway, garage, and yard. No amenities are shared, there is no interaction with the front house tenants, and it is completely fenced off which makes it super private :) The master bedroom has a desk and chair, perfect if you're working from home/traveling. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. There is another full-sized bathroom with a standup shower in the hallway between the other bedrooms.
