There is no front desk at this property, but it was not a problem. We received a text with an access code to the room. In fact, it was nice not to have to check in at a desk. The room was perfect and well stocked with k cups, a fridge and microwave, shampoo and soap. Everything was spotless. Bed was comfy. Wi-Fi worked great. The big bonus to the bordello room was the balcony looking out over town and with a beautiful view of the mountains. We actually met the owner by chance. He was super nice and we enjoyed chatting with him. Hoping to stay here again!

It was an amazing stay. In fact we decided after seeing the room and how easy it was to check in we decided to book another night immediately. And for those wondering, we did not regret it. Thank you Nick and the Bent Elbow for the fantastic hospitality and room.

Very remote city that has very little going on at this time of year. We had great drinks and Taco's at Dining Establishment in town. Never saw any workers at the hotel.

Unfortunately, I have mobility issues and there was nothing in the hotel description that said you had to climb a flight of 16 stairs to get up to your room. The beds were very soft compared to what I am used to and I did not find them comfortable. It was a cute little spot, but I wouldn’t have booked it had I known about the stair climb.

Good shower, nice to have a chest of drawers and closet. We were glad to have a fridge. The temperature was just right. The mattresses needed to be replaced or turned around since they sank on one side of each.

The hotel was ok. No amenities. No lobby or front desk, as it's always closed. Room was clean but very small, which was ok for one night, but probably wouldn't work for much longer. The main issue is the only way to get to your room is by waking up a very long steep flight of stairs. This is ok for me, but not so much for my 78 year old mom. Had I known this was the situation then we probably would have looked for a didn't different hotel.

The room was very clean and well stocked. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that is being said in the adjacent room. We were woken quite early by the guests next to us. Then we were subject to have to listen to them both talking on speaker phone to a friend. The other disappointment was that the restaurant downstairs was not open. Over all I would recommend that you stay in this quaint hotel near the train station and shopping. Just be sure to bring ear plugs.

Has to be one of the best places to stay in Silverton! It's worth noting that the sound carries through the walls a bit, but that pretty much goes for any place in Silverton from what I gathered.

The Bent Elbow is a great place to stay. Push button door locks! No keycards. Comfortable bed and pillows. I had no problems in the 5 nights that I stayed.
