Был один минус, заказала номер с ранним заездом с 10 утра, так как больше суток были в дороге. Про это ещё дополнительно написала в переписке, но когда приехали, номер был занят, мы пошли гулять два часа по городу и потом уже смогли заселиться, принять душ и отдохнуть (((

Отель хороший. С персоналом что-то не то.

Много раз останавливался в этом отеле. Нравилось всё, считал это лучшим вариантом в Тбилиси. Но в этот раз мы столкнулись с явным пренебрежением со стороны персонала. На стойке регистрации женщина выдала одну карту-ключ на двоих. - Можно нам вторую карту, пожалуйста? - Нет. - А почему? - Одна комната - один ключ. Никаких пояснений. На следующий день единственный ключ перестал работать. На вопрос, придётся ли нам в течение недели каждый день спускаться и продлевать ключ, грубо ответили одно слово «да». Никаких пояснений. В середине срока проживания позвонили в комнату и спросили, выселяемся мы сегодня или хотим продлить. - Но у нас забронировано и оплачено ещё три дня - Я не вижу вашего бронирования - Посмотрите, пожалуйста, бронирование на букинге по той фамилии, по которой нас заселяли - Я не буду искать по фамилии, откройте букинг и продиктуйте мне ваш номер бронирования

Beautiful place for a short stay

Great place with spectacular view and convenient location close to Rustaveli ave. The only thing is that you have to go up from the ave, but it wasn't a big deal (and you can take a taxi)). Big and comfortable bed in the room. Spacious balcony. Nice and very delicious breakfasts with — again — wonderful city views!

The room didn't seem clean enough when we moved in. The furniture somewhere was old and tired. The shower was leaking a lot. Also I've checked — our room supposed to be soundproof, but it's hilarious cause we could hear almost every move and voice of our neighbours, and all sounds from the corridor and hall, so there is definitely no soundproofing in the room.

Pleasant stay which can be recommended!

Very nice accommodation with exceptionally friendly staff. They allowed postponing the reservation by one day because of a canceled flight free of charge. The view from the roof is icredible and the breakfast offered a great variety of choices! We would definitely choose this place again:)

Fantastic view from the room. Amazing spacious terrace. Friendly helpful personnel. Nice room though shabby but clean. Cleaning service very efficient. Easy check in/out.

the food...How can it be so bad?! Tbilisi is one of tastiest cities in the world. It is simply not good, not tasty and very poor quality.. Because of the location problems with taxis getting there. Leaking airconditioner in the room and overall need of repair.

The room was nice and clean, the location is ok.

We had dinner at the hotel , not worth it . Grumpy waiters in the evening . Walking back to the hotel is not recommended. Use the local equivalent to Uber to travel.

Great location with an amazing View.

The hotel is located in a fascinating location overlooking Tbilisi city. We booked a standard double room, and on arrival, we were upgraded to a junior suite. Check-in was smooth and fast. The room was decently sized, with a balcony. The breathtaking view is second to none. The room was clean and neat. Offered a wide range of extra facilities, such as a tea-making facility, a heater, and a safety deposit box. Towels were clean and fresh, and bathrobes were available as well. The restaurant is on the top floor, and you can choose to sit indoors or outdoors as you wish. A good selection of food varieties is available. It was worth it for my 3-days stay The staff were friendly and helpful. I must especially highlight Zura, who helped us a lot.

The television was not working till we checkout. The bathroom tiles were slippery while getting wet. Tips: Don't forget to carry universal adaptors, as all plugs comply with European sockets.

Good service by Zura at reception. He was very helpful, escorted us to room, gave us some options on which room would be better. Also helped us with transportation. Hotel has spacious rooms with great views. Room design can be better, chargepoints not sufficient for mobile. Lighting can be better.

Very poor

Located close to the city centre (Rustaveli Ave). After my complaints about dirty room the administrator offered to move to another room (still dirty) and brought a bottle of wine as a compliment. I booked the accommodation for 6 nights but checked out after one night and hotel made the refund (but only a month later and only after my reminder through Booking.com).

Old non-renovated hotel with broken furniture. Extremely dirty rooms with hair everywhere on the floor and plumbing. Poor and cold breakfast (only cold boiled eggs and salads).

It was a nice stay, but I wouldn’t come back.

The view is awesome. The breakfast is great, the morning staff in the restaurant is extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel is clean, the room is big.

The staff at the reception desk is not Russian-friendly, they demonstrate by their manner how unwelcomed you are here. The dinner in the restaurant was the most expensive and most awful experience in Georgia. The location: it is up the hill, and the walking to the city center is not very pleasant along the streets. The way up is even less pleasant.

Pay Pricy &0 Poor General Experience

A great place with quite a lot of potential. Late check-out till late for half of the room's price.

In practice, there is no bell-boy to help with the luggage, nobody minded to show around the rooms or even the basic hotel facility. One way the restaurant has good views, but that cannot cover the stomach-ache of the breakfast there. Lastly, the Apple-watch fast charger has been forgotten in the room, and could not be helped and found, apparently the claim is that it is not the responsibility of the hotel to search for lost things and that it was not found, though unfortunately it was there for sure, and I have been experiencing the same situations in different hotels and never saw such author-able and non-responsible behavior from the hotel staff.
