Welcome to The Hotel Avondale! You can check in any time you want, but you can never... check out late because we have people checking in right after you ;) (jk check-in's at 4pm) If cool was a house, then you just found it: * 7 bedrooms: 2 are hidden, 1 is in a skool bus in the backyard. * Walk 1 block to Avondale Park, Public Library & THE hippest hipstery restaurants, bars & concert venues in all of Birmingham. * Fire pit, BBQ & outdoor dining awesomeness. Book it now - thank us later ;) Just 2 blocks from some of the best restaurants and entertainment in Birmingham, this home is tucked away in one of the hippest neighborhoods in town. Neighborhood is great for walking, biking and driving. ****NO PARTIES ALLOWED*** $1500 fine plus damages, as well as immediate removal if policy is violated. -Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed. -No glitter/confetti allowed. -Checkout procedures must be followed or guest will be charged an additional $100 fee.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this gem of a treasure! The house does not disappoint as it is beautifully decorated and furnished nicely. All the amenities you need are available. High line appliances and fully appointed rooms with Lovely showers and hidden rooms that added to the homes charm. Mattresses are comfortable but firm. Plenty of space for a large family. Parking was a bit of a challenge but we were able to manager it in the end. The tiny house out back was a hit providing additional privacy and accommodations. If this home were for sale I’d be first in line to purchase it. If ever in the Birmingham area this place is truly a home away from home spot! Don’t hesitate to book. It’s a bit pricey but worth it for the experience!

We had a ball at this house! Fun, funky interiors and well appointed! The beds were very comfortable! Perfect location! Loved it!
