With flyscreens throughout, you can enjoy the fresh breeze while keeping insects at bay; stay cool during warm summer nights with ceiling fans in all bedrooms (except for the single bedroom) and unwind in the living area with a smart TV and air-conditioning, perfect for relaxing movie nights. For music enthusiasts, the integration of Alexa allows you to effortlessly play your favourite tunes. Located just a 2-minute drive down the hill, you'll find yourself at the Haven and the main street of Terrigal. Explore the vibrant atmosphere, indulge in local cuisine, and discover boutique shops. If you prefer a leisurely stroll, the beach is only a 15–20-minute walk away, though be prepared for some hilly terrain. Configuration Located on the uppermost level of a two-story residence, "Sun Deck" offers a tranquil and inviting lodging experience. With its well-designed and fully self- contained configuration, the apartment ensures that every aspect of your holiday experience is comfortable and convenient. The deck offers a northern exposure, ensuring you have ample opportunity to soak up the sun throughout the day. Parking You will find ample on-street parking available, allowing you to conveniently accommodate up to four cars during your stay. Pets  This property is not pet-friendly. Special Property Information Please note the fully self-contained apartment including outside and entry area you are renting is on the top level of a two-story holiday home you will have exclusive access to, ensuring complete privacy; the ground level is occupied by a permanent tenant. We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding. Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation. Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction. We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the outdoor entry area. Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration. Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book. A security deposit of $1,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
