From the breathtaking view to the location in Streeterville, this place is absolutely perfect! Myself, my wife and 4 teens stayed here for Christmas and had an amazing time. The place was clean, convenient and easy to manage. The management is communicative and friendly, I would HIGHLY recommend this short term rental!

If "beat up dorm room" is luxurious to you, by all means stay here. The furniture and flooring is torn up (paint stained, coming up from the floorboard, dented). the couch has such a big butt groove as to give reason for concern that it might not last through your short stay. The top shelf of the dishwasher is rusted out and unusable. The bathroom toilet seal was worn through so there was an odor and a steady water leak during our stay. The towel racks are coming out of the wall, crooked, and cannot handle the weight of one towel. The sheets are as cheap as can be. The "supplies" were rationed. We stayed 16 days but got 2 garbage bags, one kitchen towel, NO cleaning supplies or paper towels to start with. I begged for 5 days and finally got some basics rationed to me. It took multiple calls and repeated begging and I recieved some snotty pat answers to my requests like I was really over the top to be making requests. The apartment was dirty when I got there and when the maid came back instead of just cleaning or having someone from the property do that, I had to walk her around and show her what wasn't done. You cannot accept packages there because Envitae is in dispute with the building so only one of the concierges will allow you "on the sly" to recieve anything. The others refuse and treat you suspiciously. I would NEVER stay anywhere through ENVITAE again. Its all about their income and nothing to do with your enjoyment or comfort of your stay. HORRIFIC

Listed as captivating, and the views are, but the apartment is lackluster. It was the culmination of a lot of little things, the dirty carpet, which they cleaned during our stay, the holes in the wall where the towel racks went, which they fixed, to the overall appearance of not being cleaned, which the property management resolved. But the tissue was single ply, the coffee not great, the shampoo and body wash provided but not luxurious as promised. Overall subpar to what was promised; how it was listed and what we received was disappointing. Especially for the cost. The location was great, the beds were comfortable. It is a nice place but nothing captivating or luxurious about the apartment itself. It is old and unkept, has so much potential.

The location was perfect sitting between Michigan Ave and Navy Pier. Both are within walking distance. The accommodations were decent, with a fully stocked kitchen and excellent Navy Pier views
