A valid government ID must be sent for each adult guest before we can continue with your reservation. You can submited them by downloading the VRBO app and starting a message, locate the attach file with a paper clip icon, you can upload / capture your ID’s and send it to us. Check in : 4pm Check out: 11AM Check in/ out infomation will be given on the day of your reservation. Our Emerald Cottage is a front end cute and charming cottage equiped with: Kitchen: We offer a full kitchen, equipped with the tools to make your everyday meals. We offer coffee, tea, hot chocolate for all you lover’s out there. Bedroom 1: Offers a Queen size bed with side tables on each side of the bed that are equipped with a charging station and a smart TV available. Bedroom 2: Offers a bunk bed with 2 - twin size mattresses, rated for up to adult use up to 350 lbs each bed. This room also houses a table with a charging station lamp and a smart TV. Bathroom: Provided with your everyday essentials such as towels , body soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, first aid kit, hair dryer, etc. Living room: A comfortable couch with a chaise ( not a pull out bed) a floating TV stand, 55 inch Roku TV, and a fireplace ( non operational , for decoration only) Tv: Roku Tv’s are available in each bedroom and living room. Washer and dryer is always available for use. Kitchen Hutch: Wine and whisky glasses a available for your enjoyment. Deck/ Yard: The deck includes a propane grill, table and chairs followed by a side yard all availble for your use. Parking : 1 car gravel driveway and street parking is available. Security cameras are located only out side the home , the doorbell camera and 2 cameras on either side of the home. These cameras are all on and recording for safety. Cleaning: We take pride in providing excellence in our service as a host , we use cleaning products that disinfects all areas of the home.

It was unfortunate events that led to us staying here but the property was perfect, and the owners went above and beyond with a personalized card for the family!

Most adorable VRBO! Great amenities, wonderfully clean, absolutely beautiful decor, and it was so delightful to communicate with the hosts. I would hands down stay here again.
