Nestled in a garden in a serene woodland setting, this cottage exceeded expectations. Comfortable and well-equipped, the charming decor and thoughtful amenities made for a very pleasant stay. Perfect for those seeking tranquility amidst nature's beauty. Highly recommended!

Michael's place was a super nice apartment nestled in the trees. It's a bit of a drive but well worth it for a quiet and serene place for a few days. It was great for our dog and for us to relax and get away from it all. Thank you

Set in it’s own garden with a huge, gated deck this two bedroom cottage was perfect for us two friends. It has everything you would want, including a wood burner in the living area and a washer/dryer combo in the one bathroom. So very quiet surrounding.

Lovely spot. Although I was getting worried about where we were going when we got off the ferry from Crofton. But if you were coming in from Victoria into Fulford harbour it’s a short drive. On your way around the island stop and enjoy the baking and fresh veggies from the farmers.

This is a beautiful and well appointed cottage set in idyllic surroundings with the peace only disturbed by the lovely bird calls! You can read on the breezy deck, cozy up with a show in the high-ceiling living room, or nap in one of the comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen has almost everything you need as well. We had a divine stay and hope to return soon. And our host Michael was delightful!

My family and I had a lovely, peaceful stay at this cabin nestled in the forest. The cabin itself had everything we needed and we had a very comfortable stay. Michael was great with communicating. Thanks very much.

Very nice view of trees all around property in a quiet location. Beautiful garden setting with lots of privacy. Cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated.

Michael was friendly and attentive in communication; he made us feel quite welcome. The cottage - exquisite ! We are frequent to Salt Spring to visit inlaws and generally pick a place ocean side or in town for walk to everything. For peace and quiet, and honestly, a divine evening breeze, and a pretty much 360 privacy , AND
-- looking out on towering trees and garden, can not be beat. Architecturally stunnding upgrades - the sky lights, windows and loft alcove; luxurious linens, beautiful quality - not brown - kitchenware, wine glasses, cutlery - just such gorgeous touches. The Furnishings, the vintage art & decor - so charming and absolutely made for an actual Cottage feel. The wrap around HUGE deck and lounge chair - my husband after a long work week, was planted for hours. Our Uni aged Daughter loved own bedroom with parents upstairs. Fantastic use of space. We toured Ruckle Park, and swam Cusheon Lake. It is not a place for walking with the steep narrow drive, and is 20 min to town, but highly recommend !

A wonderful weekend getaway! We hadn't been to Salt Spring before, and Michael provided some ideas and tips for enjoying the island. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked, so we were able to make one dinner at home, as well as enjoying breakfast or drinks on the patio, overlooking the garden and the forest. Both bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. I would strongly recommend staying here, and can't wait to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Everything works fine and was comfortable. The hosts did a great job in thinking through what guests might need. One suggestion would be to add a microwave. Highly recommended place to stay!

A lovely cottage with all the amenities about 15minute drive from Ganges. We were very comfortable and greeted after check in from the owner. Netflix available and great internet. Highly recommend for quiet rural vacation. Lovely outdoor area and large patio for enjoying nature.

We loved this cottage in the woods. Everything was clean and beautifully appointed. We sat on the porch watching the deer munching under the trees. We felt so well rested after our stay. Thank you Michael.

Super quiet. perfect getaway weekend. Only thing to make it better would be some sugar and whitener for the coffee.
