You might see or encounter wildlife while in Florida/neighborhood and/or in and around homes, (not regularly seen) including; but not limited to: bobcats, cougars, snakes, alligators, rats, frogs, geckos, birds, bees, wasps, noseeums, mosquitoes, spiders, fire ants, crickets, bugs, roaches/palmetto bugs, roly-polys, and silverfish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We do maintain & spray in advance in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs; however, we cannot control mother nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
