I liked the apartment a lot. It was very nice, decorated, beautiful interior designing, lots of cupboards, big TVs in every room, already connected with WIFI. Clean bathroom. ACs working. A nice garden with litchi trees; we plucked some. Awesome place and beautiful apartment.

There were two things that I was a little disappointed with, except that the owner replied a little late and no one answers at the number mentioned on the website. Although 2 hours before reaching there, I receive a call from their head office to confirm visit. I paid only after check-in, no advance. 1. The bathroom is just one and connected with 2 doors, which is not enough for a family. 2. It was nowhere mentioned that they had dismantled the kitchen and opened a cloud kitchen of their own for us to order food 24x7. I had booked an apartment so that I could also cook with my family, but I was not told that the kitchen was now not functional.

Our stay here was a refreshing and delightful experience, especially after the previous day’s disappointment. **Pros:** 1. **Clean and Accurate Property:**    - The property was impeccably clean and exactly as described in the listing. Everything matched our expectations and more. 2. **Polite and Welcoming Staff:**    - The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. 3. **Complete Privacy:**    - We had complete privacy for our family, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. 4. **Beautiful Lawn:**    - The lawn was a wonderful addition. It provided a great space for the kids to play and for us to relax and enjoy the fresh air. 5. **Delicious Food:**    - The cooked food was freshly made and absolutely tasty. Every meal was a delight. Overall, we had a fantastic time at this homestay. The hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Nice location. The single studio rooms were really spacious and wonderful. The food was good too.

The 2 room set on the first floor(room #6) has a shared bathroom. I think this should be mentioned specifically so that people know upfront when they are booking Also,my booking was cancelled upfront without any reason and I had to ask Booking.com to intervene in order to revert the cancellation.

Wonderful stay and fully exceptional property

The hotel building, territory and facilities are great. The hotel was recently built, so everything is fresh and clean. The backyard is a wonderful and calm place, hotel employees are friendly and always try to help.

It appears that the hotel falls short of industry service standards in several aspects: 1. Throughout our 6-night stay, the room was never cleaned. 2. Despite being a 2-bedroom suite for 5 people, the towel change was only suggested once. Initially, only 2 towels were provided, and even after requesting additional towels, we had to ask again after they were changed. 3. While the room has a kitchen, it was initially empty. Plates and glasses were provided only on the second day, after we had already purchased our own set. A kettle was given upon request, but then taken away with the explanation that "another guest needs it more." The stove lacked a gas tank, and we had to pay extra to use it. These issues, along with other minor concerns that are typically addressed without prompting in reputable hotels, could be easily resolved through proper staff training. I am optimistic that on my next visit, the hotel will meet higher industry standards. Despite these challenges, the overall experience was positive, and it's unfortunate that I cannot give it a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.
