Pésimo, falta de ética y seriedad para con los clientes

Pésimo , reserve con 2 semanas de anticipación y hasta hablé con la dueña y el día que llegamos con mi familia desde tan lejos habían dispuesto del apartamento lo que me parece un falta de seriedad ética y profesionalismo para los clientes, ocasiono graves problemas para toda la familia que llegamos a descansar y luego no tuvimos donde alojarnos .Deberían poner la peor puntuación por seguramente rentaron a mayor precio y me dejaron fuera.
