I like the breakfast, and the staff are friendly and pleasant. The location is great, 3 minutes from where my son live. I also like the price.
The mattresses are horrible. I go to Somerset to visit my son twice a year and stay for 4 days. This was my fourth stay with you. Everything is great except the mattresses!! I've been trying to find a different place to stay because of them.

Everything is super old and out dated. It was also filthy.

Hotel's system not in sync with Booking.com. Huge problems when checking in. Staff couldn't repair their system.

Overall good experience ...staff was exceptional Every one of them! Rooms were clean And good Size.. beds were a little hard But still reasonable... Pool was nice And not over Crowded. Guests were friendly... what made our stay great was the staff Exceptional people thank you guys!
