This includes the upper deck and poolside, as well as any space on the property You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation. Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150 for one dog and $250 for two dogs per visit and must be disclosed upon booking. POOL HEAT: Pool heat is available for a nonrefundable pool heating fee of $150. Pool is set to 85 when heated. Can take 24-48 hours to reach temp so please let us know prior to arrival You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation.
