Located in the Quad Cities in a peaceful, well cared for neighborhood, surrounded by parks and greenspace, several disc golf courses, it’s1 block from Duck Creek Parkway; which is a bike/walking trail that will give you access to anywhere in the Quad Cities and within 10 minutes of 2 golf courses. It is centrally located between shopping, restaurants, wineries/breweries and entertainment venues of all types. You’ll be just up the road from the Mississippi River where you can do anything from taking a lunch/dinner cruise on the Celebration Belle to enjoying a meal and a beverage on the riverfront or watching eagles at the lock and dam to ‘reeling in a big one’ fishing. You can hop on the “Channel Cat” water taxi to enjoy the water-front restaurants and shopping on the Iowa and Illinois side of the river as it has 8 stops, for a small fee you can ride all day. Being just a few blocks from I-74 gives you quick access to the Illinois side of the river also. After a day of exploring, come home and relax on the patio as you will have full access to a nicely landscaped backyard. This house is well equipped for a wonderful stay. It is conveniently located to I-74 with lots of restaurants & shopping in the area. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our two dogs and the neighborhood is very quiet. The house is updated and well maintained with comfortable furnishings. If your looking for a property in the QC area, this is a fantastic choice.

The house was beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. TV options were limited (Netflix) did not work but was supposed to) but we didn’t have much time for that anyway.

We were in town to visit SAU and celebrate their national champion cheer and dance teams. This house was perfectly located. We were within minutes of all things Davenport/Bettendorf. The home was meticulously cleaned before our arrival and very comfortable. Check in was smooth and while we did not need to contact the owners, I have a feeling they would be very responsive. Our pups LOVED the back yard. We only have one more year with an SAU student athlete but would happily rent this house again to visit the area.

We throughly enjoyed our visit and staying in this beautiful home. It was immaculate and very comfortable. We loved being able to bring our dog as well. The backyard is huge and fenced in so safe for dogs. Would highly recommend this Vrbo!

This house was exceptionally clean. Everything was updated and well maintained. Very nicely decorated. Owner left lots of information regarding the house and surrounding areas. Loved the short walk to the Duck Creek biking trail - great for dog walking. Nice fenced in back yard, however, if you have a small dog, there are potential escape opportunities at most of the corners. Suitcase racks in the bedrooms would be helpful!

Need live TV viewing, ie. live sports events. Ice maker not working. Pics show 3 beds, only 2 in house.

This was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet and it was close to all the places we were wanting to go. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. The house was very comfortable and was well stock with everything. The backyard was beautiful and fenced in which was excellent as we had a small puppy with us. This place is highly recommended and we will stay there again when we are in the area. Thank you.
