We call this EP7 Building. Our EP7 building comprises of 3 separate and unique apartments located on 2 separate levels. * Each apartment has a separate entrance. * All apartments have access to the roof top terrace (2 flights of stairs) through main building entrance. * All apartments have WiFi, tv’s, A/C and central heating. * All apartments have necessary crockery and cutlery as well as linen and towels. * All apartments have access to a washing machine and a clothes’ drying rack (located on the roof top). Layout of all 3 apartments in our EP7 building: 1. Apartment EP7: this is a 2-bedroom apartment with king size beds that can be set up as 2 singles. One more person sleeps in the living room in the single sofa bed. This apartment has 2 little balconies. it is located on the first floor (one flight of stairs up). 2. Studio apartment EP7R (orange): this is a brand new, open plan studio that sleeps up to 4 guests. Two guests sleep in the queen size double bed (can be set up as 2 singles), located on the mezzanine floor. One more guest sleeps in the sofa bed in the living room / kitchen. Apartment EP7R is located on the ground floor, hence the entrance opens directly to the street pavement. 3. Studio apartment EP7L (green): Mirror to EP7R. CHECK IN INFO • We are happy to provide flexible check in and checkout times, so just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Please note that depending on availability check in will be by 3pm and check out is by 11am. • For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00. (mini van for larger groups also available). Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which you need to pay upon arrival.
