Falls Cabin is a rustic hunting camp lovingly transformed into a beautiful, year-round vacation cabin retreat. Tucked in the woods alongside Kingsbury Brook's cascading falls, it is the perfect place to return to after a Vermont day outdoors, any time of year. The cabin has a large eat-in kitchen with a spiral staircase to the loft, a spacious living room with propane stove, two bedrooms each with internet TV and a full bathroom. The individual mini-split heat pumps in each room provide custom air conditioning in summer. In winter, enjoy the warmth of the propane stove in the living room in addition to the heat from the mini-split units. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large back deck before heading out for your adventure, no matter what the season. Falls Cabin has direct access to VAST trail system for snowmobiling in winter and nearby access to VASA trails for 4-wheeling in summer. There are trails for mountain biking right from Falls Cabin and hiking trails are also nearby. Stowe, Smuggler's Notch and Bolton Valley ski areas are all one hour or less away. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating, and swimming in one (or all) of the many lakes in Woodbury - Vermont's "land of lakes and ponds" as well as ice fishing in the winter. Relaxing around the firepit is a great way to end the day any time of year!

We only stayed 2 nights but could have stayed forever! Very private being tucked away in the woods. Owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable.

Everything we wanted for our getaway. It’s beautiful large acreage with plenty of space and all upgraded. It was a bit of a drive for the ski resorts but worth it for us. My only hiccup was that I didn’t screenshot a pic of the entry code so when we arrived I was unable to retrieve as had no service. So recommend you don’t make the mistake I did. Also a washer/dryer would’ve helped to take less with us. But for those traveling less than 4 days it’s perfect. Thanks for the lovely stay and sharing your cabin with us.

The cabin is beautiful, straight out of a movie, it definitely provided that "hallmark Christmas movie experience" with an abundance of coziness and warmth.

We stayed in Diane's cabin for one night and it was amazing. It was cozy and hearthwarming, and us being nature lovers, we really had a good time being deep into the woods. The cabin was very clean and everything was spot on! If we go back to Vermont one day, we definetly will book Diane's cabin again!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. Very clean with comfy beds and couch. We enjoydd the scenery and use of the firepit. We were greatful to be able to bring our dog to stay with us. We would defintely book again.

The cabin is in such a beautiful location. My dog absolutely loved all the land to roam around. You will sleep so peacefully with the sound of the river.
The house has everything you will need to cook and if cooking is not your thing then the adorable town of Hardwick is only 10 minutes away with plenty of restaurants.
I would definitely stay here again!

My family’s new tradition is to rent a cabin in the mountains for Thanksgiving weekend . We have been doing this for. Few years . I found this cabin on VRBO and booked it right away. The host was the sweetest and nicest host we have ever encountered. She made sure everything was in order when we arrived and throughout our stay. The cabin is in the most beautiful location near the river , quiet and quaint. It is clean and beautiful. Plenty of space .We had an amazing time. We will definitely be back.

The creek's melody called to us every day; it is a very high quality creek with lots of cascades and we sat next to it as much as possible. Beds were very good, cabin was very clean. Weather was warm and the mini split systems kept the place very comfortable. The location is convenient to the main road, yet extremely private. Didn't use the TV or wood stove. Went upstairs once to check on linens and have to say that the spiral staircase is good for kids only. I'm slim and had a hard time without any luggage, but it would be a great place for kids to hang out. Owner was pleasant to deal with - overall a great stay.

Clean, new, remote and quiet. We arrived very late so we didn’t get to enjoy sitting by the falls. Comfy bed and easy entry instructions. We loved this spot!

We really enjoyed the cabin in the middle of nowhere. We came to Vermont to enjoy the fall colors and this place was an added bonus. The sound of the falls when we stepped out of the car was the perfect welcome sound. Great place

Comfortable and clean with all the amenities. Great location for part of our trip leaf pepping through New England. Enjoyed relaxing, listening and watching the small waterfalls of the stream right in the backyard! Very private.

Had a wonderful stay in this spacious cottage, which appears to have been recently refinished inside. Large property located far enough off the roadway to be private and peaceful. Host was very accommodating. Will return again.

My parents and I stayed here on our New England road trip, and we loved it! We made dinner and s’mores and got to enjoy this secluded cabin for the night we stayed. Would recommend to anyone who is traveling in Vermont!!

The sound of rushing water greeted us the moment we stepped out of our car, and we found a picturesque little stream nearby. We were amazed walking into the cabin - it was beautiful and obviously recently renovated, with an open floor plan that made it feel large and airy. Falls Cabin was comfortable and well appointed and made a perfect place to visit with our grandson. If we get the opportunity to visit Vermont again we would definitely stay at this cabin again.

My family and I stayed here while visiting some relatives. We throroughly enjoyed the property! The sound of the stream running right next to the cabin was so peaceful. We made smores and looked at the stars around the campfire at night. The cabin has all the amenities you need. I highly recommend booking this property if youre looking for a place to stay in Vermont. We will be back!

A modest well maintained cabin on the outside, on a beautiful piece of property. There’s a stream with small falls that’s so calming… then you open the door to a unbelievable gem, with 2 bedrooms, loft and a modern kitchen and full bathroom. Art and Diane went above and beyond on this property. Everything you could ask for and more…. We will definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful stay! Beyond my expectations. Cabin was so clean and new. Owner paid attention to details. AC worked well in all rooms. Checked every box for accommodation, balcony, furniture, rooms, bedding, bbq grill, fire pit, lumber. KItchen had so many thought out features such as coffe grinder, utensils, freezer bags, seasonings, bug spray etc..Owner was extremely responsive to my inquiries. Check in process was so simple. Property is extremely private and gorgeous next to a live stream. Definately will be revisiting this location!!! Loved it
