Welcome to the Surf House! This is a one of a kind space for a large group of friends for any life event or get together. We love hosting large groups and being a part of curating memories to last a life time. You'll love our Hot Tub, Roof Deck, King sized beds and full sized kitchens. Whether you're hanging out at our spacious pad, enjoying the beach 5 blocks away or hanging out at one of the cafes, restaurants or bars one block away this is the perfect place to be! This is a one of a kind 5 bedroom space that accommodates 13 people. The space is comprised of three units with three separate entrances. Unit 1 - 2 bedroom, 2 king beds , one king air mattress ( patio and hot tub) Unit 2 - 1 bedroom, 1 king bed , one full couch ( fireplace and pets allowed) Unit 4 - 2 bedrooms 2 king beds, 1 king air mattress (roof deck) Each unit has its own kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV etc. all three units are right next door/ above each other. Perfect for being together but having your own space. We are located right off Garnett Ave! Garnet Avenue is a bustling street with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and other businesses. The street has a lively atmosphere, particularly in the evenings and on weekends when it is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. Along Garnet Avenue, you'll find a range of dining options, from casual fast-food joints to upscale restaurants. There are also many bars and nightclubs, making it a popular spot for nightlife. In addition, there are numerous boutique shops and larger chain stores, providing plenty of shopping opportunities. Garnet Avenue is also home to several community events throughout the year, such as the Pacific Beach Farmers Market and the Pacific Beachfest. Overall, it's a vibrant and dynamic street that captures the essence of the Pacific Beach neighborhood. - There is no smoking of anything inside the house, if our cleaners notice any smoke we have an extra cleaning fee of $250. You can smoke on the ROOF only. - Our pet fee is $50 - our age minimum for guests is 21 - Pease don't ruin our sheets or towels, if there are stains on our sheets towels or any other bedding, we will be charging you per item - Please only stay with the amount of guests you specified in the reservation. - Our cleaning fee covers the basic cleaning costs, it does not cover any destruction of the unit. If the space is left extremely messy we will be charging a 20% up-charge, as directed by our cleaners. - Please do not eat or spill any alcohol inside the hot tub. - Please note check out is 11 am, we give you a 20 min grace period. After that grace period is up we charge $30 Per 1/2 hour - We are located in the heart of PB, in the the center of a busy metropolis, next to all the clubs, bars, restaurants, the beach, gyms, yoga studios and anything your heart can desire. There is potential for noise because we are in an urban environment.
