Lo mejor del hotel es el trato al cliente. Sientes que has tomado una decisión inteligente.

Hotel molt nou, de pocs mesos. Totes les instal·lacions molt elegants, amb molt bon gust. Habitació molt ampla, amb llit de matrimoni molt gran, lavabo integrat a l'habitació, però water i dutxa aillada. Esmorzar molt correcte per 15€ de cost. El personal molt amable. Situació molt cèntrica. No cal agafar el cotxe. Va molt bé el parking a prop que si pagues a l'hotel costa 7,5€ al dia.

Lo primero la localización en pleno centro de Lugo, pudiendo ir a todas partes andando
El diseño y la amplitud de las habitaciones
Las bañeras, de diseño precioso, pero inasequibles para personas de cierta edad y discapacitados. Al reservar no preguntan tus preferencias y tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación, perdiendo categoría, para que tuviera ducha
Las camas también son un poco demasiado altas, nosotros no tuvimos problemas en eso, pero hay gente que puede tenerlos

Personal excelente y desayuno espectacular. Ubicación súper buena a apenas unos metros de zonas de restauración y tiendas
Reserve habitación doble con dos camas individuales y las camas individuales son súper pequeñas (de 80 diría yo) fue lo único que no me gustó

Nice room. Comfortable bed with ectra cushions. Good side television with facility to see foreign channels and possibility to change languages.
Beautiful floor specially at retranca with glass windows to see rhe roman vestiges under the floor.
There was nothing we didn't like. The street works in front of the hotel were not bothering. Taking these works into account te hotel had facilitated access and a fair payment of the parking.

Imposible decidirme por lo que más me gustó, el personal de lo más correcto y educado, las instalaciones nuevas, limpias, con todo lujo de detalles las camas y las almohadas super cómodas, la ubicación perfecta para dar un paseo por el centro, soy muy exigente con los hoteles, y este superó mis expectativas.....!!!

Personal muy amable. Hotel muy nuevo y muy limpio. Instalaciones muy cuidadas. Muy bonito. Olía muy bien. Muy céntrico, párking cerca muy barato y muy bien de precio.
La habitación no estaba lista cuando llegamos, pero fue culpa nuestra (no del hotel) porque fuimos demasiado pronto, mucho antes de la hora del check-in. A la hora establecida estaba perfectamente listo.
