Noting at all

The house was not in a descent living condition, it had a foul smell as soon as entering the house. Sofás had dog hair all over. Towels were old and dirty, one bed had a rock as a support to stay up. Tubs baths were dirty, not cleaned at all for some time, shower curtain very dirty. Dog urine on the carpet in living room area. Carpet not vacuumed, hot water from kitchen faucet was liking out to the floor. I needed to get out of that place immediately after checking in, but I didn’t have PIN number linked to my reservation, so I couldn’t be helped. It was very stressful and uncomfortable staying. I am requesting refund to my credit card .
