It's a unit that is attached to the back of the main house and has its own entrance. It comes with washer/dryer and internet. There are many things do to and see around our area. If you want to do a bit of trail walking, jogging and mini golf, Central Park is only 3 blocks away. If you want to head downtown, its a 15 minute walk to the nearest sky train that takes you straight to china town, downtown and coal harbour where the Alaska cruise port is. If you are driving here, there are plenty of well lit street parking out front. Want groceries? Walmart and Superstore are in the Metrotown mall which is 15 min walk. Casino and some dancing?
