This home comes with an ice cold central AC, and full size laundry room. There is a charcoal grill in the back for BBQ and front porch outside the loft. Primary bedroom Features a gel memory foam queen bed, 53" in. SmartTV (cable and streaming) , and primary luxury bathroom features a tiled and marble shower with a brand new vanity that is located on the first floor Bedroom 2 is located in the Loft on the second floor. You can access the loft from the spiral staircase inside the house or stairway outside the front porch. Features two full size gel memory foam beds and 43" in. SmartTV (streaming only). The guest bathroom is located on the first floor near the dining area that features a fully tiled and marble walk in shower. Dedicated work space with printer and Blazing high speed WiFi to make your work day as seemless as possible. Living Room includes a queen size sleeper sofa. Features 53" in. SmartTV (cable and streaming) , board games, and PS4. Guest access: Approximately 24 hours before arrival you will receive a welcome message. It will include your check-in instructions, house rules, and code to enter the chalet. Parking spot is #153. If you need additional car parking you can park in any unnumbered spots throughtout the community. If you have a boat or RV, secure parking can be arranged for an additional fee. Please provide host details one week prior to arrival. We will send you a link to our virtual guestbook. Other things to note: Pool: The key is located in the drawer next to kitchen sink. Please put the key back in the drawer at checkout. If you lose the key there is a $75 charge for a new one. Disney World is a 25 minute drive. Universal Studios is a 35 minute drive.
