The Neighborhood: Manhattan Beach is as classy as it gets. We're a block from the beach and near Highland Ave, where there are lots of GREAT restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores: -FISHBAR -Cafe Wild -Culture Brewery -Little French Bakery -Two Guns Cafe Getting Around: Walk Score rates the neighborhood "Very Walkable and Very Bikeable", and if you wanted you wouldn't need to drive anywhere. -Parking can be a challenge in the beach cities of LA, so Uber/Lyft is a great way to go; maybe best to not bring a car -We have one small parking space available and there is a paid parking garage with 2 hour meter parking close by -Manhattan Beach E-Bike Rental shop is 1 minute walk away Other Things to Note: -This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking -We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily. Heating and Cooling: The unit equipped with a minisplit unit in the living room which provides heating and cooling for the unit. Trash Cans: Located in the car port.
