There is an upper lanai for enjoying the sunrise and sunsetting over Bali Hai "Mt. Makana". Although there is no AC, our house is easily cooled by opening windows, setting ceiling fans to 5 and Enjoy the natural Hawaiian trade winds flowing through the house as a natural cooling system. This house has solar and is very energy efficient ! Things to note about this property: Please note that our cleaning fee is set for groups of 12 people. Although, with a pullout double bed in master bedroom, and a pack n play provided, our house can sleep 15 people and therefore an additional one time fee amount of $300 will be required after your booking is received for groups of 13 - 15 to cover our additional cost for larger parties.
