Nada, no nos antendieron ese día, nos dijeron que no nos podían recibir el mismo día que llegabamos.
El día que ibamos a llegar pregunte por como debiamos llegar y me respondieron que no podian atender la reserva, tuvimos que a último momento buscar un nuevo hospedaje lo cual nos afecto nuestros planes. El edificio es lindo porque tuve otra reserva el último día pero si quieren ir reconfirmen con anticipación. Estoy esperando que booking me responda a la queja.
