Great location. Quiet court. Key safe made it easy to retrieve keys without having to meet up with the property manager. Surrounding fences are wire so you can see through to neighbours backyards. We really enjoyed the porch and backyard luckily because the inside furniture is a poor standard. Loved the hammock and trampoline. Outdoor furniture were good.

Windows were dusty and dirty. Dishwasher pipes are exposed, kitchen tap is ancient. Shower curtain mouldy on the bottom. No bathroom curtain, so no privacy. Pillows had stains. Kitchen chairs were stained. Sofa was dirty and stained. Kitchen and bathroom need renovationg. We aren't a very fussy couple, but the sofa and kitchen chairs were not up to our standard. I covered the sofa and chairs for us to sit on so we found a solution in the end.
