The Pirate Song Condo in Carillon Beach is the perfect place for anyone looking for endless options at their fingertips. This unit is a 5-minute walk to the beach (we provide wagon and 2 beach chairs) has 4 shared pools (2 heated) and one beachside, a large playground, basketball court, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and a lake along with 7 beautiful beach walkovers. Castaway overlooks the fountain and the quaint township of Carillon which offers unique shopping, dining, yoga/Pilates and spa experiences. This condo has 1 large bedroom with a King-sized bed plus a pull-out twin love seat. There is also a queen pull-out sofa bed in the downstairs living area. This unit also has a large private balcony with conversational seating and outside dining area that is perfect for morning coffee or a sunset cocktail, it overlooks the village green and charming downtown Carillon fountain and town center. Carillon Beach is an exclusive gated community located on the coveted west end of Panama City Beach and a 5-minute drive from the many beaches along 30a. Carillon Beach boasts 1 mile of private beachfront with eight neighborhood beach walkovers one of which is located at the beach club pool. This is the perfect place to watch the splendid sunset light up the sky, sip on an evening beverage while enjoying a perfect end to your day. Other seasonal on-site offerings include golf cart rentals, bike rentals, beach chairs, and water sport activities to enjoy the Gulf and surrounding neighborhood. This condo is in a wonderful location in Carillon. Check-in was easy and communication with the hosts was effortless. The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved walking to the coffee shop and the pizza place on Market Street, just below this condo. We drove to Rosemary for dinner at LaCrema. It only takes 10 minutes to get there. Definitely worth the drive to have an early dinner and walk around Rosemary. We will definitely book Pirate Song again when we return to this magical "Village by the Sea."

Overall this place is good. It is small, but just big enough for my wife and 2 small children. Everything is around the corner. Grocery stores, cvs, beer stores. There are great restaurants down Rosemary where my family and I mostly ate. George’s, Laco, and Shades are our favorite and only a 3 min drive from this location. The beach access is located in nice area. It’s a solid 5-10 min walk if you have small children like us. We ended up renting a golf cart which was a major key. It was about $350 for three days to do that. They do offer bikes, but it was just to difficult for us since we had to carry stuff down to the beach. Bikes are not very well serviced. Low tires, bad brakes, handle bars not tighten. Not entirely unsatisfied there, but they just need more TLC in than department. This place is priced pretty good for the location it’s in. Great place to relax HOWEVER, right now there is just to much construction around the building. (10/1-10/5 were our dates of stay) couldn’t eat breakfast outside cause there was just to much machinery. Parking spaces were limited due to wood and building materials on the ground. Painters were painting, landscapers fixing and moving dirt, and next building is being remodeled. Give it time and this place will be better for future stayers. 4/5 stay 5/5 once all the construction is done.
