Prepare grand meals and touring snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Stream a movie marathon on the large TV that rests on the mantle of the gorgeous green fireplace. Get a comfortable night's rest in either spacious bedroom or on the sofa bed provided for extra room. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: 1 ring doorbell, and 2 ring floodlight - in front of the main entrance and one in the driveway Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Our stay at Green Cottage was exceptional in every aspect. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the house. It offers ample space and boasts a superbly equipped kitchen. The outdoor area is perfect for entertaining guests. An additional highlight was the neighborhood, which is not only very quiet and safe, but also ideally situated for quick access to any point in LA. We were especially grateful for the support from Marilyn, the resident of the neighboring house, who was always helpful and available for all our queries. I highly recommend the Green Cottage and look forward to my next visit.

This place is awesome! The Green Cottage is snuggled in a very nice neighborhood within Studio City. The house is very spacious and well-maintained. I am looking forward to staying there on my next trip to Los Angeles.
