House Layout: This is a one floor, single-family home and sleeps 6 people total. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and entryway. There is parking in the driveway and a yard with deck, fire pit, hammock, picnic table, ping-pong, corn hole, and BBQ grill. You're located in Bomoseen, Vermont with lake views and a private grassy area with boat launch and your own dock just down the road. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. • Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house. • You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking. • For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the outside of the house. There are no cameras in any of the living areas. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
