The unit was clean and has off-street parking. That all I can good about the place. The unit does have a coffee maker but no coffee or filters so it worthless

First of all, this stay was the 9 of December, and the temperature got down to the low 40. The bed has one VERY thin blanket on it with no others to be found. There is no management on site a key box for entering. The place overall need repairs. It might be an OK place in the summer maybe.
