Just off the kitchen is the main living area with a flat screen TV, large windows with a great view of the pool below. A queen sized futon finishes off the living room and will allow for some extra sleeping space. Head over the the first of 3 bedrooms. A queen bed, flat screen TV and large windows create an warm and inviting space for you to relax. There is also direct access to a terrace, a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The second bedroom is equally spacious and has it's own attached full bathroom, a queen bed and access to the shared front terrace. Awaiting you upstairs will surely be your favourite part of this amazing property! The primary bedroom is very large with it's own sitting area overlooking the nearby Tulum jungle. The large windows let in lots of natural light creating a glow that accents the hand selected decorative pieces. The queen bed and large attached bathroom create a comfortable place for you to unwind after a long day soaking up the sun. The primary bedroom also has a queen futon for extra sleeping space. Head out the double glass doors to your own private terrace with private pool, sitting area as well as a grill for your convenience. Any doubts regarding payment please reach the platform. ● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.** ● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth. ● Please follow the complex rules.
