THINGS TO NOTE | SAFETY & CONSIDERATIONS ● ID and security deposit are required to be submitted electronically before arrival. A rental agreement is also required to be submitted before granting access to the property. This is done electronically. ● The hot tub is on the back patio. There is no gate so children could have access to it. Children must never be left unattended. ● The house has 3 stories i.e. basement living area, main floor, and upstairs main bedroom area. ● We do consider allowing photography shoots but must be arranged beforehand ● Additional guests after 10 do require additional cost. Please ask for details. ● Carbon Monoxide Alarm and Smoke Alarm are installed and placed in compliance with the local municipal building code. There is one in the common living area ● Outside security cameras. Cameras record, are visible & are NOT inside of the building. ● Noise monitoring devices. Detect disruptive or destructive noise levels i.e. illegal parties. --------------------------------------------- Checkin Time: 4:00 pm till 10 pm Checkout Time: before 11 am **NOTE: We do arrange for early check-in or late checkout upon request.
