Our home is just a lift ride away from downhill skiing, cross country skiing, and other mountain recreational activities. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Granby Ranch Resort. Please check all house rules to avoid penalties. Our home offers a serene setting for all to enjoy our mountain escape! With 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and 3 family rooms it's the perfect space for for multifamily groups! The main level offers our kitchen, dining, and main living room with a pass through gas fireplace. This main floor also offers our master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. Upstairs offers one king bedroom and one bedroom with two twin size beds on the upper level with shared bath. There is also a loft area with TV and sofa in between the two rooms. Our Lower level features one queen bedroom, one bedroom with full over full bunkbed and a sleeper sofa in recreation room with a shared bath. HOME LAYOUT Main Level: - No Guest access to garage - Closet with vacuum, broom and cleaning supplies if needed - Laundry Room - Kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range stove + double oven, french door fridge/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and pantry. - Dining Room area is open to our kitchen with dining table that seats 12 - Main level family room with a 50" 4K Smart TV, a beautiful, two sided gas fireplace, couch and chair that seats 4. - Main level outdoor space (back): patio that includes a natural gas grill, 2 chairs and coffee table to enjoy. -Main level outdoor space (front):patio with 2 chairs and coffee table - Bedroom #1 Master suite has a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet/dresser/night stands for comfortable clothing/belongings storage - Bathroom #1 attached to master and access from kitchen area. Includes sink and bath/shower combo Upper Level: - Loft area with sofa, chair, coffee table and 40" smart TV - Bedroom #2 has a king bed, closet and writing desk - Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin beds, closet and 2 fun drums to play with! - Bathroom #2 includes sink and bath/shower combo Lower Level: - Second family room with a 52" LCD HDTV, sleeper sectional couch, books and board games - Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and closet - Bedroom #5 has full over full bunks and dresser - Bathroom #3 includes sink and bath/shower combo Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to create wonderful meals for all your guests. There is a full kitchen including a full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and gas range and stove. We have included all the things that we find valuable in a home kitchen and have tried to have it available in our mountain home. We are fully stocked with pots, pans, baking supplies, utensils, dish ware and cutlery! Our dining table seats 10 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Entertainment : The home has all the entertainment amenities that you want. Both living areas feature High Definition TVs with an HD cable TV. We also offer high speed internet with WiFi connection. You will need to bring a laptop or other device with you to access the internet. Community hot tub and pool are available for use. $10 per person per day. General Amenities: All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker(Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances(griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker). IMPORTANT: Only 2 vehicles are permitted at this home due to HOA restrictions. Overflow parking can be found at the bottom of the hill about 2 miles from the home, if you wish to carpool. See virtual guidebook after booking for details on parking. House Rules 1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense. 2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine. 3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime. 4.) Our home allows a maximum of three vehicles. No on street parking is permitted and the county will tow at your expense. Campers are not permitted. 5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will loose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out. 6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. 7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines as a result of this broken rule will be charged to the refundable deposit. Important to note- Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present. Please see nightly minimums below. Please check on dates, even if booked.
