A downstairs bathroom complete with bath, shower and toilet adds convenience to the lower level and the laundry area provides a front-load washing machine, a clothes drying rack, an iron and ironing board. All four bedrooms are situated on the upper level with the master bedroom boasting an en-suite spa bath and separate shower with an additional separate family toilet. To keep the kids amused or for family fun, you’ll find a great upper level games room!
