Fully functional kitchen, lovely dining corner, a plasma TV, AC / Heat and a view of Texas country. This cute and cozy space will sweep you into a new era of mid-century modern, with a dash of antique farmhouse. Very warm an inviting space encourages you to relax and enjoy your company. Enjoy the outdoor seating area and fire pit in the backyard with your loved ones and a glass of wine. The front driveway will be able to have ONE (1) vehicle parked. NOTE * The unit is on the second floor and you will need to use a staircase. * NO closet to hang clothes just a medium- sized dresser. Getting Around: Guests will need a car to get around the surrounding attractions, such as trails, wineries, historical landmarks and Fredericksburg. Parking is free and available.
