Outside, the spacious fenced-in turf yard provides a safe space for children to play, as well as a perfect area for your furry friends to roam around. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival and direct contact to a local guest experience manager for any questions, needs or recommendations during their stay. Boating & Private Dock Slip: We encourage boating. Here's what you need to know in order to do so safely: - Dock in our exclusive marina which accommodate boats up to 40’ in length. Maximum one boat per slip. - There is no power or pump out service to the slips. - The Florida Keys are a notoriously difficult place to navigate. The Neighborhood: About the Community: The gated community is less than one mile from Key West and all of its famous attractions. Key Haven Estates is a family style neighborhood. Boat Docking: Bring your boat & dock in our exclusive onsite Marina. Boat Ramp: There is a boat ramp directly across the street available for use. Key Haven To-Dos: There is a local park walking distance from the unit to spend time with your family and friends. Rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Café at Cow Key Marina and embrace island time! Catch a kayak tour out of Lazy Dog in Stock Island. Our Favorite Nearby Restaurant Recommendations: Locals’ favorites Hogfish Grill, Roostica or Chicos Cantina. Getting Around: Travel by car, boat, or plane to Modern Keys, The driveway allows parking for up to 4 vehicles and your boat trailer. If you didn’t travel by water, you can also drop your boat at one of the public boat ramps in Key Haven or Stock Island. Rent a golf cart, scooter or bikes for the day to enjoy the area.
