About this condo rental
HEATED POOL! Escape to the beautiful island of St. Simons and stay in this cozy beach condo on the ground floor of the Ocean Walk community. This unit includes 2 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and two full baths. It can accommodate up to six people and is newly renovated and has everything you need for your perfect vacation. The condo features tile flooring throughout and a walk out patio with a fan where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The kitchen is equipped with all of the standard appliances as well as a full size washer and dryer, and a Keurig coffee maker. The living room includes a Smart TV with access to YouTubeTV. Both bedrooms have king beds, ceiling fans, and TVs. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower, and the spacious master bathroom has a large walk-in tile shower with a rain head and a handheld. Wifi is included. The unit is nestled in the back of the desirable Ocean Walk complex - a 16 acre, beautifully-landscaped community with century old oak trees and a pond. Amenities on-site include two pools (one of which is heated), a fitness center, tennis courts, children's playground, and clubhouse with internet access. Just under a mile walk or bike will have you enjoying the St. Simons Island village, pier, shops, restaurants, beach, and oceanfront Neptune Park in no time! If walking isn't your style, rent a golf cart from one of the local rental shops to zip around town during your stay. This wonderful setting is sure to provide you with the perfect vacation and lifetime of memories! Both pools are open all year. Beach Gear Credit Included! Our girls group had a great time at this lovely condo. We loved the quiet little community! It was so cute and very close to downtown. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, except shampoo/conditioner so be sure to pack some. There were even a couple laundry pods available so we were able to wash a load and travel home with clean clothes! Would definitely rebook!

We came in for a wedding and had a very nice stay. Had one small issue and the host responded to my text almost immediately and had the issue resolved the next day. Very convenient to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood.

Our host Danielle was absolutely amazing. We had an issue but she was quick in helping us resolve. Issue was nothing she could have forseen. The Condo was so cute, great location and perfect for me and my two friends to be able to enjoy ourselves while getting away for a relaxing weekend away from our day to day lives. We hope to rent this Condo for Girl's Weekend 2024.

We loved our stay! We chose this property because of the location and the fact that it had two king beds. The location was better than expected as we were only a 15 minute walk to "downtown" in one direction and to the location of a reception in another direction. Great communication with the owners. We would definitely book again!

Enjoyed the space, pretty hard to find in a big townhome complex, also, no lights work in the kitchen, main area. Weird. Beds are comfy.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The ground-floor apt is well situated and comfortable. We felt the description and pitcures were very accurate -- what we found was what we expected. Two adult couples were here for 4 days. It's a great location in respect to other things to do on the island.

Condo was as advertised, good location on St. Simons. Pool close by. Only thing that wasn’t 100 % was for my husband who couldn’t figure out how to use the tv for live sports, me I didn’t mind at all!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo at St. Simon's Island! The location was perfect! It was within walking distance to the pier and downtown shops and a short drive to the beach. Being on the ground level made it easy to access without all the up and down of stairs. The king size bed was wonderful and so comfortable! The master bathroom had a huge shower, the kitchen was updated and had the essential utensils. Having the washer and dryer inside the condo made it easy to clean up after the beach. Very nice stay for a week! We can't wait to return.

We have never stayed on this side of island, but it was Awesome! So close to the pier, we actually walked. It was a great weekend getaway with friends.

Everything was wonderful from the location of the condo to the cleanliness. I was able to cook a home cooked meal for two different groups of family. If ever back in the Saint Simon area I will definitely book here.

Danielle was a great host. We had no problems whatsoever ever with changing our booking to add an extra day. checking in was a breeze. Loved the location , close to pool. We walked everywhere , except to beach. Needed to drive to take beach gear!
My only issues were 1) no iron (there was an ironing board tho ) and no blow dryer . I reread the amentities and I see those items were not listed . 2) the internet was spotty , hard to watch streaming shows. Maybe upgrade internet speed. We would definitely recommend / rent this condo again!

And like any other pullout couch, was not comfortable. Perhaps the owner could provide specific linens and blankets and also an egg crate type mattress for more comfort. Overall, a very nice property. I would stay there again if the before mentioned suggestions were implemented.

Clean, nicely appointed ground floor condo. Very quiet, well supplied with everything needed including pool floats, beach chairs, kitchen supplies. Close to the pier, and the beach. We loved it!
