Guests will be charged for any missing, lost, and/or damaged items or damage to property at owner's discretion. If you break something, please let us know immediately. - Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purposes. - Please refrain from eating in bedrooms. - There are no lifeguards on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. There's plenty of outdoor space. Ashtrays are provided. - Yoga mat, beach chairs, and cooler are in guest storage. - We provide a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and dish detergent.
