The apartment is located just minutes from the Gold Coast airport. Kirra Beach shops and restaurants are just a 9 minute walk away, while Coolangatta with its plethora of restaurants, bars, shopping and a large supermarket are only a 22 min walk away. A visit to the Gold Coast is perfect for beach-goers, party-goers, foodies and nature-lovers alike. The apartment is located just minutes from the Gold Coast airport. Kirra Beach shops and restaurants are just a 9 minute walk away, while Coolangatta with its plethora of restaurants, bars, shopping and a large supermarket are only a 20 min walk away. No smoking or vaping. No parties or events. No Schoolies. No pets, If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. This cost will be at the guests expense. Kirra Surf Apartments observes a quiet time between 10pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time. Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period. A $55 fee is payable when the BBQ is used and not cleaned to the manner it was found. Additional cleaning fees of $60 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest. No check in or out Christmas day, New Years Day or Easter Sunday. $150 fee for each lost key. Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we're here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (9pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be cleared before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you. Consumables: We are including a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.
