This well-appointed property boasts a private screened-in pool featuring a waterfall for you to enjoy. Families can decide between enjoying the private pool, nearby beach, or lakeside park right next door! Guest access Guest have private access to the entire home and garage. Includes: 4 brand new beach cruiser bicycles, 4+ beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, beach towels, pool towels, etc. Other things to note Our home is extensively sanitized between stays. Come and enjoy! Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures. Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house. Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.

The house was. Lose to the park and the kids loved it. The pool was great for the kids and the property seems to be in the middle of everything. The property manager was one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you

The house was well equipped with comfortable beds/furniture and a nice pool. this property is good for smaller families looking for a pool next to a big, nice park. It’s a long walk or drive to the beach. The bikes provided made it convenient to ride to restaurants and the beach.

House was as described. Very responsive during stay when we had some issues and the issues were resolved quickly. The house is a little far from bars and restaurants, a little too far for walking distance. The swimming pool is a great addition.

This VRBO was easy to check into, conveniently located, and the pool was great. It is more outdated, but relatively clean and well-kept. We had an issue with a couple of outlets and the tv that was accidentally shut off by a light switch. Other than that at this property worked out well for three couples. A few too many messages from the management, but overall good.

I was a little scared at first because some of the reviews of the property had mentioned it being very dirty, and I had my mother- in law traveling with us who arrived a day earlier than us and texted me about how immaculate and awesome the house was! The only thing I noticed that was even a little dirty was the bottom of the pool and that is just from normal use of a pool.
The location of this house was also amazing! The park was wonderful for the 8- and 13-year-old traveling with us to go meet other kids. The park also had a movie night and Halloween event which was great as well for the kids and then fishing and biking for us adults. The house did provide bikes to use while we were there.
We had a 9-month traveling with us also and I loved how the house provided a pack and play, sheets and a highchair to use while we stayed.
The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi not working which definitely was a downfall, but it was due to the aftermath of the hurricane, and they reimbursed us some for it not working which most owners would not do.
Everyone in our group loved the house and we are hoping to rent it again next year the same week when we return to Marco Island!

The pictures were not accurate to the house itself.
The lawn hadn't been mowed in weeks, the pool hadn't been cleaned, beer bottles in the pool).
Couldn't use the pool until the last day of the trip.
The cleanliness wasn't the best either (air vents, fans clumped with dust, electrical outlets not working)

Clearly the maintenance on the house is not consistent and just charging customers for cleaning fees and not utilizing the money for those services.
I had to send several messages before I got a response and someone came out. At that point, we only had 1 day left of a 5 day trip.
I would never use this house or any house associated with the property management group again.

Accommodations where very nice. The police showed up because I had my Jetskis on the driveway, but they were very cool about it. I wish they would have mowed the lawn before we got there. This was the only house on the block with wild grass.
I would recommend this house again.

While the location is great there are quite a few issues that need to be taken care of. The wifi never worked. I went back and forth messaging and it was never resolved. The grill barely worked. The pool needs some serious TLC especially with the black mold.

I've been renting in Marco Island and Naples for years now and never had such a bad experience like this. This house was so dirty we left a day earlier. Nothing like the pictures. The pool area was covered in mold, it was like it hasn't been cleaned in months and was slippery for the same reason. The bottom of the pool had stained areas that looked like mold also. There were cockroaches, old food under the cushions on the living room. The patio furniture was so used and dirty we did not want to seat on it. Everything so old, the bed comforters, the towels, the looked dirty. There were spider webs hanging from the pool cover. It was very disappointing because at least we expected the place to be clean. I won't be renting ever again with this owners. I hate to leave bad reviews but this was not ok at all, the house looked like a cheap motel.

Pool needed attention when we got there. No wifi. The property management company did send a message about how to turn on the pool pump. They were also fast to respond to messages, even if a situation wasn't resolved. The wifi didn't work during any portion of our trip, which made online schooling for the kids difficult.
Just like past reviews, the house does need updating, but it suited our needs. The guest book that was emailed to us, stated that there was a hot tub. There is not a hot tub.
Bikes were handy, as were the beach chairs.

We had a fantastic spring break 2022 at this house. My kids really wore out the pool area! Check in was a breeze and communication with the host was handled quickly and efficiently. Would definitely consider this house again for spring break 2023.

The house was super clean. We had a couple of minor complaints. We contacted the property manager and everything was addressed and fixed that day.

We enjoyed this home on Marco Island for our 5 day visit. The home had everything we needed. Listing was accurate and we greatly enjoyed the pool out back and the park right next door. Great location. Would definitely rent again if we come back to Marco Island. Property owners were quick to respond to every question!

We stayed here for spring break with our 4 children, 13, 8, 6 & one year old. Super beautiful neighborhood, safe & great distance to everything. There is a very clean and beautiful park adjacent to the home and we even got to experience a little farmers market going on while there. This home also offered a pack N play & plenty of beach toys. The house was spacious and pretty. We would definitely take our kids back here!

The house is very nice, situated next to a big park with many activities including the farmers market on Wednesday, very nice.
The private pool in back is secluded from the neighbors and park. The house is older and in need of additional TCL and minor repairs, a couple of which we did. The pool light circuit is not working. The management company was very responsive and the owner had the grass after I asked them to have it done. Bikes, beach chairs and towels were appreciated, although you are 2 miles to a public beach. Nice property and great location by the park.

Spent the week in the house for kids’ Spring Break. Perfectly suited our needs. Fantastic location in quiet neighborhood right next to big park with playground, soccer fields, basketball court, and walking paths. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Two washers & dryers provided - useful in keeping up with the family’s laundry/towels. We enjoyed using the provided bikes to go to the beach - less than 15 minute bike ride away. Kids loved the pool & were in it multiple times per day. Gas grill worked well. Farmer’s market in the park on Wednesday morning was a fun diversion. Walking distance to local history museum & library. Only (minor) complaints were that the main family room area felt a little small & overcrowded with furniture. The vertical blinds in the bedrooms are showing their age a bit as well. Overall a great stay & would highly recommend.

The park is located a few steps away. We enjoyed an awesome farmers market located at the park. Bikes we great for trips to shops or beach. South beach was a couple miles away so an Uber was needed when taking beach items. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, and a couple umbrellas. Property management responded in a timely manner to questions or needs.

The kids had fun in the the pool. The property is definitely show the wear of many renters. The kitchen was lacking in cooking supplies, and what was they was barely functional. We had to go buy a cookie sheet. Regular maintenance beyond cleaning was lacking. The number of lights that were out was a little surprising. There was no working light in the garage, which was a safety issue. The family room only had seating for 3, which was a little unfortunate. There were spider webs filling the pool cage. The garage was so loud we were afraid it might break. The ration of supplies far from ideal. We thought they could have been a little more generous with toilet paper/ paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap etc. We had to go buy our own supplies. The park was nice and the pool was warm and we made everything else work. There were 4 bikes that we enjoyed. There was a treat of sound monitoring and cameras to monitor the property, but we never saw anything.

This was our first experience with a Vrbo and we were very impressed. The cleanliness and thoughtful touches around the unit were so appreciated.! We enjoyed the keurig coffee, all the pillow choices , towels, and the several scrapbook guide books of Marco ideas and restaurants. The pool area and patio was awesome. We also enjoyed using the bikes. Home is located next to a park and trails but very peaceful and private.
