I liked that this was very private. The access to the beach and to the city center was very quick and easy - just by walking it's around 3km, but you can always also take a taxi. The apartment was clean and cozy. The price vs quality is really good in my opinion. For that price range having a full apartment with a decently big and fully-functional kitchen is really good.

There isn't really anything to improve on. One could say that it lacks a little sunlight, but then again it's on the ground floor with a little access to sunlight to begin with, so expecting that really makes no sense.
