I like the place it smells like a real lime. The staff greets you always. They let us check in 2 hours early. If I ever go back again I would chose their place.
Its not close to the beach but its very quite and relaxing place to stay.

Though it wasn't an actual beachfront location, I liked that public transportation was accessible right in front of the property. Being away from the hustle and bustle of the beach was my plan anyway. My top floor room and pool location offered a great view of the ocean and sunset. loved the "lime theme" going on, especially the lime scent in the lobby. It was a nice touch. Hotel staff were kind and attentive. The included breakfast was decent.
I think the major thing for me is that the hotel is not handicap accessible. I traveled with family members who are in their 70s, so the stairs to get in the lobby were quite a task for them. There was staff always available help with your items, though. I thought it was kind of weird that children were included in the reservation but that I had to pay extra for breakfast.

Not so good location since far from the beach and Dmall. Also we paid for breakfast and advertised that it is packed but on our 3rd day(2nd breakfast) they would not allow to pack us food since we need to leave at 6am for an early flight…. inconsiderate and not updated advertisement…..I would not recommend this hotel.

The location is very good the staff are very friendly and helpful
Not family friendly, lots of stairs making it hard for us because we need to carry the buggy/stroller all the time. No high chair for kids in the dining room making it hard for us to eat with kids.

There were not enough rugs inside our room considering we have a hot tub inside.

Everything you need is just around the corner (convenient store, restaurant, laundry shop, cash machine). Only 5mins walk from the beach. Friendly staff, always greet you and smile. Pool area and bar is nice and relaxing.
No lift going to the main entrance of the hotel. Some floors you need to use the stairs. But staff were helpful to carry your luggage.

checked out soon after checking in! too many step stairs to even get to the lobby, more stairs to get to the room! not suitable for seniors!

Good design, nice swimming pool (which is in rare use because the beach is near), clean, good spacious rooms on the 8th floor, friendly staff, good price.
Packed breakfast is far from delicious, it's always cold. It's delivered to your room and if you order it to be delivered at 7 am, you'll probably have to remind them about it several times and hopefully get it by 8:30. It's so bad if you have a tour or flight in the morning.
Wifi doesn't reach the bed area (particularly in the 8th floor room), we had to use our own mobile data.
The phone stopped working after New Year's Eve and we had to go to the reception to remind of our breakfast again and again.

Relatively clean. Nothing much is good.
Avoid this stay.
Rooms - Basics were not working. Wifi wasn't connecting in our room (was a corner room on 7th floor with no router). Hand shower was non functional and curtain could not be pulled up.
Food - they closed their restaurant post covid and breakfast is a boxed meal they serve at your room (quite cold & bad ; also they don't show flexibility if you are a vegetarian / vegan)
Staff / Service - wants to help but is slightly incapable. Calling anything to the room was taking long & sometimes they forget altogether.
Another thing was - When I did not get basic facilities in room, I was downgraded to another category room & it took me hours to discuss with them and align on a refund amount.
Price - quite overpriced compared to other better hotels in the same station 2 area.

We love the staffs, location, amenities
Our stay was almost perfect. We had a problem with their ac in the middle of the night and their phone pero pinalitan agad nila ng 2 electric fans and kinabukasan okay na yung ac. Wala na naging problem

- Theres a storage room on top of the stairs which they keep the door open, and the door would creak all night!!!
- Booked and paid for a twin room and when we got there they didn’t have any available? Didn’t have a choice but to say yes to a queen bed room which made my friends very uncomfortable. We kept asking everyday and they said they didnt have any but booking.com says otherwise. They said I AGREED to have the Queenbed but THEY GAVE ME NO CHOICE during check in. They said they didnt have any available!!
They said they will give us a foam mattress but it never came

The rooms were fantastic! It was relaxing, clean and very comfortable to stay in and provided a delightful resting area after being out the whole day in the beach! The bathrooms were awesome for me as well. The whole place was indeed lime fragrant and refreshing! :)
Breakfast was a packed type but it was alright! :)

Location,
Swimming pool and fast room surface.
1- Front disk in the 3rd floor using steps ( no elevator). And more other steps from elevator to any floor level.
2- glass on the wall of pathroom, feel no privecy while in toilet.
3- menu of breakfast.
4- the clothes closet is too old and gets in parts.
