What you will love about this home Our home is a large cottage home with beautiful landscaping, a pool, a mother-in-law quarters, and a beautiful large park directly across the street. What you will love about this neighborhood We live in the beautiful Land Park neighborhood of Sacramento, a few miles south of downtown, and less than a mile from the Sacramento Zoo and Fairytale Town. Walking paths, bike paths, and the river are all very close. Commercial districts are close, along with shopping and restaurants.
