Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front porch and yard, side door and yards, back yard, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior units or spaces. No cameras are located in units. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation. - Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation. - Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out. - Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay.
