The location of Simplify is 10-15 minutes from the following towns: north to Blue Hill, east to Brooklin, south to Deer Isle/Stonington and west to Brooksville. Walker Pond, a freshwater swimming and fishing pond is minutes away, as is Nichols Day camp, a well-loved children's camp. Within 5 minutes of Simplify is the Lobster Lady Seafood Restaurant, El El Frijoles Mexican Restaurant, Roaring Lion Farm and Market, Eggemoggin Country Store and Strong’s Brewery. Simplify has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 half baths. The first floor has an open concept kitchen, dining and living area with a cathedral ceiling, great westerly views and a Smart TV. The half bath on the first floor houses the washer/dryer. Rounding out the first floor is the primary bedroom with a king Tempurpedic mattress, small office area, and private bath. The second floor features a mezzanine overlooking the living area, two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed with a large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a comfy seating area. The basement features a ping pong table, Smart TV, DVD player, a large selection of DVDs, two recliners, games and puzzles. The basement also has a king bed, sleeper sofa, half bath and sliding door that exits to the fenced back yard area. Towels and linens provided. Simplify welcomes dogs with owner approval, with an additional fee of $150 and signed dog agreement.
